Production Assistant & Sustainability Officer
We are looking for a passionate, proactive and conscientious individual to join our fast-paced studio team. You will work closely with the Head of Production throughout the entire production process, and alongside the rest of Technical Team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the Head of Production, and Technical Team throughout the season
- Organising shipments of raw materials, samples, and patterns between the Atelier and factory/warehouses which includes preparation of packing lists and proforma invoices
- Supporting Head of Production with creating proforma invoices for RM shipments to the factory from suppliers
- Tracking movement of samples between the studio and factory/departments within the company
- Supporting Head of Production with creating products and RM in Zedonk, adding pricing and relevant information, uploading the BOMs & product images
- Completing Zedonk checks including pulling pricing reports, checking BOMs and ensuring all customs information has been uploaded correctly
- Working with Brand Developer and Head of Production to send out, track and approve/reject lab dips and bulk submissions
- Completing RM stock takes at the studio and highlighting low stock to Head of Production
- Reception of studio deliveries, checking for faults/missing stock, booking in on Zedonk, and updating Head of Production
- Assisting with booking in POs on arrival to the factory
- Confirming compositions for new styles and request new label requirements from Head of Production
- Updating packaging manuals when required and informing the warehouses
- Booking in production orders on Zedonk once received at the warehouses
- Reviewing warehouse packaging stock takes and arranging stock call offs
- Hiring and managing interns, completing all relevant paperwork, reviewing performance and completing inductions
- Working with the Head of Production to organise invoicing and shipment documents from all RM shipments to be submitted to the EU accountant each month. Liaising with the accountant and suppliers to amend or add information as required
Sustainability Officer:
- Keeping supplier certifications and sustainability documentation up to date
- Keeping up to date with new sustainability legislation and developments
- Researching new sustainable raw materials, packaging and shipping options
- Keeping sustainability page up to date on the website and assist team with sustainability text for press/social media etc
- Liaising with CleanHub, our plastic neutral partner, to organise annual renewal and additional events/campaigns throughout the year
- Advise, encourage and implement new strategies and action plans across the office, factory and warehouses
Desired Experience and skills:
- A degree or diploma in Fashion, Textiles, Garment Technology or other related field
- Product focused background (Fashion or Lingerie is ideal)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and suppliers
- Attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach to tasks
- Zedonk knowledge is desirable (training can be provided)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
