We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly organised individual to join our fast-paced studio team. You will work closely with many departments within the Bordelle team, such as Sales, Design, Logistics, Product Development and the Sampling Team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and international suppliers
• Create and maintain the seasonal production critical path, ensuring all deadlines are met across departments
• Work closely with the Design and Development Teams to advise on costs and deadlines
• Work on pre-season raw material forecasting for key materials
• Work with the Sales Manager to forecast and calculate production
  quantities and production cost breakdowns
• Calculate raw material and packaging requirements for all
  production runs 
• Raise Purchase Orders and track invoices and lead times
• Maintain all supplier documentation, ensuring all suppliers meet the required regulations and submit supporting documentation regularly
• Assess the movement of raw material goods between manufacturers and Bordelle Studio sites, ensuring raw materials are available for both production and for sampling
• Travel to factories and trade shows
• Delegation of tasks to Production Assistant
• Work alongside Garment Technicians to negotiate and assess pricing received for final made goods from the factory
• Upload new season pricing to Zedonk in all currencies and provide pricing breakdowns for all departments
• Oversee the raw material stock inventory
• File and liaise with the accountant regarding production paperwork, invoices, and shipment documentation

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in production
• Product focused background
  (Fashion or Lingerie experience is ideal)
• Production planning platform experience (Zedonk preferential)
• Fluent in English
  (mandatory)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent
  project management and time management skills
• Proactive and problem-solving mentality
• Strong communicator
• High attention to detail and ability to quality check your own work
